Independent · Vendor-Neutral · Swiss-Lab Backed
Today’s technical ecosystems demand strict environmental accountability. Give your customers and vendors undeniable proof of your green, energy-efficient and carbon-neutral operations — and demonstrate the sustainability, resilience and redundancy of equipment environments that meet stringent ASHRAE TC 9.9 requirements.
Our Services
One independent partner. Every report defensible for due diligence, SLA, warranty and insurance review.
01 · Onsite Scan · Thermal Profiling
A high-resolution thermal sweep of every rack-intake row. Dual IR and air sensors capture hundreds of readings per row in a single fast pass, graded against the ASHRAE TC9.9 recommended 18–27 °C envelope — surfacing both overheating and over-cooling, and the localised hot and cold spots fixed sensors would miss. Because reaction rates roughly double for every 10 °C rise, a hotspot is also where any corrosive or particulate contamination measured under our ANSI/ISA-71.04-2013 and ChlorAir™ programmes will do the most damage fastest — making thermal mapping the context that turns a chemistry result into an actionable risk.
02 · Onsite Scan · Humidity Profiling
A fast RH sweep of every rack-intake row. A single-pass probe maps inlet humidity against the ASHRAE ≤ 60 % RH recommendation and the deliquescence relative humidity (DRH) of chloride salts, which sits near 57 % RH — noticeably lower than the ~70 % RH threshold used for many other airborne contaminants. Below that point, deposited salts stay dry and inert; cross it, and the same deposit turns into a conductive electrolyte and corrosion accelerates. This scan flags the local humidity spikes — and rooms already living above the chloride DRH — that drive localised spot corrosion long before fixed sensors would notice, and pairs directly with the ISO 8502-9 chloride results from our ChlorAir™ and CorrDust™ kits.

03 · Onsite Audit · Full Risk Review
Your most thorough due-diligence record. A short onsite EnviroScanner visit measures temperature, cooling airflow and air quality at your rack intakes — the same thermal and humidity sweeps offered above, extended with corrosive and particulate contamination readings. Results are graded against ASHRAE TC9.9 thermal guidelines, ANSI/ISA-71.04-2013 severity classes G1–GX, and ISO 14644-1 particle limits. Encrypted data is processed by our Swiss lab into a certified, standards-referenced report — the document you put in front of an auditor, insurer or board.
How It Works
Whichever service you choose, the path to a certified report is the same three steps.
Book an onsite thermal or humidity scan, or schedule a full compliance audit.
A short onsite scan — our team measures directly at your rack intakes.
Our Swiss laboratory processes the data and returns a defensible, standards-referenced report you can rely on for due diligence.
Why Technology Care
We sell measurement and analysis — not hardware. That independence is what makes our reports credible as due-diligence evidence for warranty, SLA, insurance and audit review.
Every audit is analyzed centrally in Switzerland, so results are consistent and comparable across all your sites.
Results are reported against ANSI/ISA-71.04-2013, ISO 14644-1, ISO 8502-9, ASHRAE and LEED — the frameworks your stakeholders recognize.
Onsite audits and kit fulfilment reach data centers anywhere, delivered through our trained partner network.
Sustainability
Independent evidence for your ESG, Scope 3 and circular-economy reporting — not claims, but data.
A large share of a data center’s carbon footprint is locked in before a server is ever switched on — in the manufacturing of the hardware itself. Every year of additional equipment life avoids that embodied carbon and keeps hardware out of the e-waste stream. The environmental conditions we measure — temperature, cooling airflow and air quality — are precisely what determine whether your equipment reaches its design life or fails early. That makes our reports a defensible input to your sustainability narrative, especially as efficiency-driven free-cooling strategies pull more outside air, and its contaminants, into the data hall.
High-Granularity Thermal Assessment
Our Environmental Compliance Audit builds a high-resolution thermal picture from thousands of measurements across thousands of rack-intake positions. That density reveals where cooling is over-provisioned, so inlet temperatures can be raised safely within ASHRAE limits — routinely saving 20% or more of cooling energy costs with no equipment changes and a directly improved PUE.
Corrosion & Air Quality Monitoring
Corrosive gases and airborne particulates shorten equipment life and force premature, wasteful refreshes. Our ANSI/ISA-71.04 corrosion testing and onsite thermal & humidity scans give early warning of these risks before they degrade hardware — supporting a circular, repair-and-retain approach over a buy-and-scrap one.
Free-Cooling Safeguard
Air-side economization is one of the biggest energy levers in the data center — but the large volumes of outside air it draws in can raise contamination and corrosion risk. Independent measurement lets you push efficiency confidently, with evidence that your hardware environment is still within safe limits.
ESG & Scope 3 Documentation
As disclosure rules such as CSRD and emerging Scope 3 requirements take hold, operators need defensible, independent evidence — not unverified claims. Our certified, standards-referenced Swiss-lab reports document the conditions behind extended equipment life, ready to support an audit, a board review or a sustainability disclosure.
Technology Care provides independent measurement and analysis — we evidence the environmental conditions that support energy efficiency and longer hardware life. We do not supply cooling, abatement or remediation hardware, and reported energy savings depend on each facility’s current configuration.
